FACCM - Wage and Hour Regulations
This course is designed for FACCM owners, managers and supervisors who are responsible for ensuring compliance with wage and hour laws.

To instruct FACCM members about various wage and hour requirements governing their operations, such as:
- Minimum Wage
- Overtime Compensation
After completing this course, you will be able to:
- Evaluate an employee's qualifications for coverage under the Fair Labor Standards Act;
- Understand various regulations relating to minimum wage and overtime exemption;
- Properly calculate overtime wages; and
- Prepare and maintain the records for both exempt and non-exempt employees.
