Florida Community Association Managers (CAM)

The Human Equation is authorized by the Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation to provide Continuing Education credits for Community Association Managers.

All Community Association Managers must satisfactorily complete a minimum of 20 hours of instruction during each license renewal period. The 20 hours shall be comprised of: four hours of legal updates; four hours of instruction on insurance and financial management; four hours of instruction on the operation of the community association's physical property; four hours of instruction on human resources topic's relating to community association management; and four hours of additional instruction in any of the foregoing areas.
