COMPLIANCEState of FloridaThis program complies fully with the requirements for providers of condominium association education set by the State of Florida’s Division of Condominiums, Timeshares, and Mobile Homes.
COURSE DETAILSThe quality of life in a condominium community depends largely on the quality of the leaders who manage it, namely the association’s Directors, Officers, and board members. The effectiveness of their leadership in turn depends on the extent of their knowledge of the rules that govern condominium communities, as stated in Florida’s Condominium Act (Section 718 of the Florida Statutes), and the association’s governing documents.

The State of Florida, seeking to ensure effective management of condominium associations, requires that a board member certify in writing that he or she has read the association’s governing documents, bylaws, and current written policies and “will faithfully discharge his or her fiduciary responsibility to the association’s members.” In lieu of this written certification, board members may submit documentation that they have satisfactorily completed a condominium management curriculum by a division-approved condominium education provider.
As a division-approved condominium education provider, The Human Equation offers this suite of online Condominium Management courses that allows condominium communities throughout Florida to train their association leaders conveniently and affordably.
