CLE Ethics, Online Training Package

This suite of online courses is designed for Florida attorneys seeking ethics recertification credits from the Florida Bar. This suite contains interactive online courses covering a variety of human resources, compliance, and risk management topics.  Courses within this suite:

• explore employment laws and liabilities that govern and affect the conduct between employer and employee;
• increase knowledge and awareness of diversity issues and identify ways to promote diversity in the workplace; and
• provide critical information on how to recognize, prevent, and manage sexual harassment in the workplace.

Within each course, learners will find the most current laws, policies, procedures, supporting forms, and sample documents.

• Preventing and Managing Sexual Harassment in the Workplace:  A Guide for Managers and Supervisors

TIME TO COMPLETE
Each course is between 60 and 120 minutes.

ACCREDITATION
HR Certification Institute

The Florida Bar

This program provides 4.0 credit hours toward Continuing Professional Education (CPE) recertification.
