CLE Employment Law

This suite of online courses is designed for Florida attorneys seeking recertification credits from the Florida Bar. This suite contains interactive online courses covering a variety of human resources, compliance, and risk management topics.  Courses within this suite:

• explore the legal issues involved in the pre-employment application and screening process;
• provide critical information for Title 1 compliance and claims reduction;
• explain the regulations governing workplace investigations; and
• identify issues leading to workplace conflict and outline appropriate methods for resolution.

Within each course, learners will find the most current laws, policies, procedures, supporting forms, and sample documents.

TIME TO COMPLETE
Each course is between 105 and 150 minutes.
