Members of The Florida Bar are assigned a reporting date and are required to complete 30 hours of approved CLE every three years. Five of these credit hours must be in the area of Ethics, Professionalism, Substance Abuse, or Mental Illness Awareness.

A course that has been updated by The Human Equation and/or renewed by The Florida Bar will receive a new CLE course identification number. CLE credit may not be counted for more than one reporting period and may not be carried forward to subsequent reporting periods.
